 1) We are happy to be able to offer you the option of tracked shipping at the checkout, tracked shipping allows you to follow your order from the moment it is dispatched.

2)  Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. We make products as they are ordered to keep costs down. We will email you as soon as it has been shipped. You can click the "View Your Order" button in your confirmation email to follow the status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the post office to scan in the package and have the tracking begin. We always work hard to ship out orders as fast as possible, and thank you again for your XO Love! 

We use USPS First Class and Priority Mail, and we email tracking to the email address associated with your order as soon as it ships.

Shipping in the USA generally takes 2-5 business days. Worldwide shipping takes 10-21 days depending on the country you live in. :)

What if I am not in?

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbor or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.


We offer 14 days to return your items by from date of receiving. 

As long as the items are still in their original condition, and tags still attached you can absolutely return it to the following address and we will issue you an exchange or refund as soon as we get the item(s) back. Please be sure to add the items to their original packaging. 

We do not accept returns on any briefs or intimate wear.
